Expansion chamber with built in repackable muffler to suit V75 & earlier 250.

This pipe comes with a spigot to be held in place in the barrel by the large nut that Montesa uaually use to hole the complete pipe on. This pipe is then held in place by springs which can then be easily removed without the need to repeatedly undo the nut.

It may require some holes in the fins to attach the springs.

Due to new Aust. Post length restrictions I’m now building most of my downpipes with alloy silencers so they can be unbolted for transport.

My steel silencer downpipe versions will still be available by request however they will need to be shipped in 2 halves for you to do a final weld yourself
